The most precise way to
catalogue a physical release
A Package is a specific, collector-grade edition of a game or hardware product — distinguished by region, variant, language, and exact physical contents. Not just a title. The exact box that sat on that shelf.
What exactly is a Package?
A Game on Retrollect is a title. A Package is a specific release of that title — the tangible product a collector holds in their hands. Two copies of the same game can be very different packages.
